Traditional Marigold Haldi & Mehandi Setup
Primary Backdrop
- 8ft x 8ft high-density marigold curtain (Ladi) setup in Yellow or Orange.
- Top-border floral arrangement (3-4 running feet) using seasonal roses and fillers.
- Heavy fabric draping in Yellow, Hot Pink, or Lime Green framing the wall.
- Standard 2ft x 1ft laser-cut signage (Haldi/Mehandi/Bride-to-be).
Seating & Flooring
- One 2-seater rental sofa or decorated Swing (Jhoola).
- 2 Traditional Mudas (Bamboo stools) or low-height poufs.
- Artificial Green Grass carpet or Red Rug (approx. 100 sq. ft).
- 4-6 colorful cushion covers.
Props & Lighting
- 2 Brass/Copper finished Uralis with water and rose petals.
- 4 LED PAR cans for backdrop illumination.
Logistics
- Transport to locations within Gurgaon/Delhi/Rohtak.
- Setup and dismantling crew included.

Main Gate Setup
- Partial floral coverage of main metal gates using Marigold square panels.
- Scalloped style heavy fabric draping on the top frame with hanging floral tassels.

Walkway Decor
- Red or Green carpet running from gate to entrance (up to 20 running feet).

From Gate to Mandap - Every Corner Counts
- I pay attention to the whole journey, not just the main event spot. The entrance gets a proper glow-up, whether it’s a marigold gate for Haldi or a tunnel of colors for Mehandi.
- Small spaces? No problem. I’ve done simple mandap decoration for home in rooms you’d never expect could fit one.
- Backdrops are my thing - from dense marigold walls to soft pastel roses, I make sure your photos pop.
Flowers, Fabrics, and Lights
- Haldi ceremony decoration at home is all about marigolds and that festive vibe. For engagement or sangeet, I mix in roses, lilies, or even pampas grass if you want a boho touch.
- I use fabric drapes to cover up boring ceilings or turn a backyard into a party spot.
- Lighting is a must. Fairy lights, lanterns, or even a chandelier in the garden - I’ve done it all.
