When planning a large engagement stage, we often recommend a mix of 70 percent high-quality artificial florals for the backdrop structure and 30 percent fresh flowers for table tops and walkways. This balance ensures the stage looks lush and photograph-ready under bright lights without the wilting issues or maintenance costs that come with using only fresh flowers for large-scale evening setups.
