Standard Compact Backdrop (8x8 ft)
Structure & Draping
- Dimensions: Standard 8 ft (Height) x 8 ft (Width) setup suitable for living rooms or small terraces.
- Fabric: Steamed polyester or satin drapes in standard colors (Yellow, Pink, White, Green).
- Frame: Choice of Rectangular frame with curtain style draping OR Single Circular Ring setup.
Floral & Decor Elements
- Flowers: 100% Artificial/Faux flowers arranged in bunches on top corners or ring circumference. (Note: Not a full floral wall).
- Flower Type: Marigold garlands for traditional themes or artificial Roses/Hydrangeas for pastel themes.
- Flooring: 6x4 ft basic rug or carpet to cover the immediate floor area.
Lighting & Signage
- Lights: Fairy light strings behind sheer drapes plus 2 LED Par cans (uplighters) for color wash.
- Signage: Rental of one standard Neon Sign (e.g., Better Together, Haldi, Love). Custom names not included.

- Dimensions: Expanded 10 ft x 8 ft backdrop with layered draping or artificial Green Grass mat.
- Decor: Includes hanging tassels, dreamcatchers, or Rajasthani umbrellas.
- Lighting: Fairy light curtains, Neon Sign, and 4 LED Par cans.
Furniture (Select One)
- Option A (Haldi): Traditional Urli setup (large brass/fiber basin) with artificial marigolds and a small stool.
- Option B (Mehendi): 2 Seater Diwan or Sofa with festive cushion covers and colorful throws.
Props & Detailing
- Entrance: One Welcome Board on a wooden easel stand with standard text.
- Floor Props: Two large Brass pots or cages with floral bunches plus 8x8 ft printed flex/carpet.
- Handhelds: 2 to 3 quirky props or garden stakes (e.g., Bride to Be).
Large Scale Stage Decor (Roka/Engagement)
Grand Structure
- Dimensions: Heavy duty truss setup suitable for banquet halls with width up to 12 to 15 feet.
- Draping: Multi layer ruching using premium Velvet or Heavy Satin fabrics mixed with sheers.
- Florals: High density premium artificial arrangements featuring full arches (Asymmetrical or L shaped) with faux roses and orchids.
Premium Furnishings
- Seating: Luxury Chesterfield Sofa or High back Velvet Loveseat (Beige/White/Gold).

Aisle & Personalization
- Walkway: Two floral pedestals placed on either side of the stage front.

Exterior Illumination
- Facade: Warm white fairy light series (pixel lights) covering the front balcony and main facade (Up to 2 floors).
- Entrance: One basic artificial floral arch at the main gate or door.
- Stairs: Artificial floral bunches with fabric swags for up to 1 flight of stairs.
Romantic Room Decor
- Canopy: White net fabric draped over bed posts or ceiling hooks.
- Fresh Flowers: Approx. 2kg of Fresh Rose Petals for heart designs on the bed and floor.
- Ambiance: LED flameless candles on side tables and 50 to 100 loose ceiling balloons with ribbons.
- Banner: One Foil Balloon banner (Just Married / Love).

We set up wedding and pre-wedding decor that actually feels personal. If you want your Shaadi Wala Ghar (wedding house) to pop, or your Mehendi and Haldi to look like Insta dreams, we’ve got you. We cover Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, so you don’t have to worry about location.

Before anything, I’ll need your event date, time, venue, and budget. Sharing these upfront means I can show you only the options that actually fit what you need. No time wasted on stuff that’s out of reach.
Decor Styles We Do Best
- Engagement/Roka: We’re big on floral backdrop ideas for engagement, classic white-green themes, pastels, or bold colours. Sometimes it’s neon wedding signage, sometimes it’s velvet couches. Depends on your vibe.
- Haldi: Marigold Haldi decor inspiration runs strong here - yellow drapes, genda phool, umbrellas, quirky signs like “Khao Piyo Nacho Tappo”. If you want something more, we do carnival themes and sunflower setups too.
- Mehendi: Boho Mehendi decoration with dreamcatchers, tassels, bells, or a simple green-and-white look. Neon ‘Mehendi’ signs add that extra pop.
Special Touches
We also do full house setups, entrance decor, and romantic first-night room designs with fairy lights and rose petals. If you want a space that looks good on camera and feels even better in real life, you’re in the right place.
