Main Stage & Seating
- Structure: 10ft x 12ft backdrop created using bright yellow and orange satin drapes with pleating.

- Seating: One ornate 2-seater swing (Jhula) or a bright ceremonial sofa with two side chairs.
- Detailing: Includes traditional latkans, tassels, or neon signage.

- Composition: High volume Marigold strings using a mix of fresh local flowers (60%) and high quality artificial strings (40%) to withstand heat.
- Hangings: Inverted baskets or umbrellas suspended from the canopy ceiling with floral drops.
Carnival Props
- Thematic Items: Cluster of 5 to 7 props including painted tires, earthen pots (matkas), a decorated bicycle, or dreamcatchers.
- Photo Booth: Dedicated 6x6ft selfie spot with a pop art or floral ring backdrop.
Entrance & Flooring
- Gate: 8ft box arch entrance wrapped in yellow fabric with marigold accents.

- Lighting: Intensive setup with 12+ LED PAR cans for color washing and halogen warmers for the couple.
- Furniture: One 3-seater fiber molded sofa with gold finish and velvet upholstery plus two matching chairs.
Entrance Tunnel
- Structure: 20ft to 30ft long immersive walkway.
- Ceiling: High density fairy light (pixel light) ceiling or fabric draping with hanging crystal/acrylic chandeliers.
- Walls: Decorated with sheer drapes or Jaali cutwork panels.
Pathway & Decor
- Aisle: Red carpet or printed flex runner with 6 to 8 tall fiber pillars topped with artificial floral bunches.
- Florals: 90% artificial used for backdrops and ceilings for volume; 10% real flowers used for stage skirting and couple's hand rest.
