Ranking Days and Player Recognition
At Warriors Academy, we believe hard work deserves a spotlight. Our Ranking Days are designed to track progress, provide clear feedback, and celebrate every milestone our players hit, whether it's their first layup or a championship win.

About this collection
It is not just about a trophy; it is about the metrics behind the medal. During our Ranking Days, every player undergoes a standardized assessment covering core skills like shooting mechanics, ball handling control, and agility. We use this data to provide honest, actionable feedback so students know exactly what to improve, rather than just guessing. This feedback loop is what separates a recreational hobbyist from a dedicated athlete.
Building a Warrior Mentality
We don't just hold practice sessions; we measure them. Our Ranking Days are the backbone of our methodology at Warriors Academy. We have moved away from vague progress reports to a system of objective assessment. When you step onto the court at our Kunskapsskolan or Palam Vihar hubs, you aren't just playing; you are being evaluated on specific mechanics like BEEF shooting form, V-dribbles, and defensive slides.
Why We Measure Progress
For our grassroots students (aged 4.5+), these days are about positive reinforcement. We focus on celebrating their first consistent crossover or successful layup to build confidence. For our Elite Squad (aged 13+), the sessions are rigorous. We use these performance metrics to determine eligibility for "Team Warriors" district league entries.
The Feedback Loop
Ranking Days serve a dual purpose:
- Skill Correction: We identify mechanical flaws before they become bad habits.
- Competitive Readiness: Players get used to performing under pressure, which is essential for tournaments like the Jr. NBA or our internal 3x3 leagues.
This system ensures every student, from the youngest dribbler to our competitive teens, knows exactly where they stand. It creates a culture where the goal is constant improvement. You aren't just competing against other kids; you are competing against who you were last month. If you are looking for an academy in Gurugram that values discipline and clear growth over empty praise, you are in the right place.
Warriors Academy
We build warriors from the ground up, and we celebrate every breakthrough along the way. Whether it’s a first medal or a spot on the elite squad, we make sure our players know their hard work matters.
