About Expert Care & Pampering
We do not believe in hands-off boarding. Whether it is a nervous first-time swimmer needing a staff member to paddle alongside them in our pool or a post-play session bath, our team is physically involved with every dog throughout the day. You will see our staff in the water, on the agility course, and in the grooming room, ensuring your dog is not just supervised, but truly accompanied.
Our Approach to Pet Care
At Wag Inn, we recognize that leaving your pet is a significant decision. Our facility in Bijwasan, near the Delhi-Gurugram border, is built on a philosophy of active engagement rather than passive monitoring.

- Swim Supervision: Our pool is India’s largest for pets, but we know water can be intimidating. Our staff is always in the water with dogs, teaching them confidence or simply keeping them safe while they splash.
- Active Play: We don't just open a gate and watch. Our staff is on the 3-acre park grounds, running with the dogs and managing group dynamics to ensure play remains safe and friendly.
- Personalized Grooming: Grooming isn't an afterthought here. After a long day of outdoor activity in the dust and grass, we offer a full wash, brush, and blow-dry service. This ensures your dog comes home fresh, not just tired.
The Reality of Our Care: We maintain a 5:2 dog-to-staff ratio, which means your dog is never lost in a crowd. If your pet has separation anxiety or is new to social settings, we dedicate specific time to help them settle in comfortably. We believe the difference is in the details—the gentle pat after a run, the towel dry after a swim, and the consistent, friendly face that greets them at the gate.

We built Wag Inn because we wanted a place where dogs could be dogs, not just boarders. Our 3-acre property between Gurugram and Delhi is designed for freedom, but our heart is in the constant, hands-on supervision we provide. We treat every guest like our own, ensuring they leave happier than they arrived.
