Visualization Scope
- Modeling: Comprehensive modeling of a single room (up to 250 sq. ft.) including walls, windows, and bespoke furniture like custom headboards or TV units.
- Texturing: High definition application of complex surface materials including Italian marble, metallic PVD finishes, veneers, and soft fabrics.
- Lighting: Photorealistic lighting setup with natural daylight simulation and artificial layering (cove lights, chandeliers, sconces).
Technical Specifications
- Software: Workflow utilizes 3ds Max and Corona Renderer or V Ray for ray traced realism.
- Resolution: Final output provided in 4K Ultra HD (3840 x 2160 pixels).
- Format: Static JPEG or PNG image.
Process & Revisions
- Preview: Submission of an untextured clay render to approve camera angle and geometry.
- Revisions: Includes 2 rounds. Round 1 covers major texture or color changes. Round 2 covers minor lighting or prop tweaks.
- Timeline: Approximately 3 to 4 working days.
Exterior Facade 3D View (Per Image)
Scope of Work
- Architecture: Detailed 3D construction of the building facade (Villa, Farmhouse, or G+3 Commercial) including louvers, railing, cladding, and glazing.
- Environment: Creation of context including driveways, pavers, manicured lawns, regional trees, and realistic vehicles.
- Ambience: Setup of one specific time of day scenario per view (Bright Daylight, Golden Hour, or Dusk with artificial lighting).
Technical Specifications
- Quality: Includes high poly vegetation and physically accurate material weathering on stone and glass.
- Resolution: 4K Ultra HD (3840 x 2160 pixels) with advanced color grading and compositing.
Process & Revisions
- Selection: Multiple low res angles provided to select the best perspective.
- Revisions: Includes 2 rounds. Round 1 covers material and landscaping adjustments. Round 2 covers lighting and color correction.
- Timeline: Approximately 5 to 7 working days.

How I Work
I jump in from the very start - a sketch, a doodle, sometimes even a WhatsApp forward. I take that and build it up using 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, and a lot of Photoshop tweaks. Every render is tailored to match your vibe, not just a generic template.
- You can point out tiny details, and I’ll tweak them till it’s just right.
- I don’t stick to just homes - I do photorealistic interior rendering for bedrooms, kitchens, mandir corners, even those tricky walk-in closets.
- For offices and showrooms, I put a lot into mood and lighting, so your brand or business gets the right feel.
