About this collection
I believe that learning should be hands-on, which is why my workshops, whether for saree draping or bridal hair, are limited to small groups to ensure everyone gets personal attention. We do not just teach the how-to; we dive into the why, covering everything from fabric weight management for Kanjivaram silks to heat settings for different hair textures, so you leave with skills you can use immediately.
My journey into teaching started because I realized that styling is not just about aesthetics, it is about feeling confident and rooted. In my Rajajinagar studio, I host comprehensive masterclasses that bridge the gap between traditional techniques and modern needs.
Saree Draping Mastery
We focus on sulabha vidhana (easy method). You will learn not just basic pleating, but professional secrets like box folding for pre-pleating services, body-contouring drapes for plus-size clients, and how to manage heavy silks without damage. Whether it is Madisaar, Can-Can reception styles, or commercial pre-pleating, we practice until it is second nature.
Bridal Hairstyling
My hairstyling course is designed for those who want to master the art of structural design. We cover thermal texturing, secure Jada fixing, and floral integration. You will learn to handle diverse textures, from frizzy to fine, and use tools correctly to ensure your styles last through long events.
