Haldi or Mehendi Function Coverage
Scope
- Team: 1 Photographer and 1 Videographer.
- Lighting: Uses natural light (no light boys).
- Duration: Up to 4 hours.
Deliverables
- Video: 3 to 5 minute music video style highlight.
- Photos: 100 to 150 edited JPEG images.
- Format: Digital transfer only.
Team Note
- Tiering: Lower range implies junior shooters; higher range secures senior team members for complex shots.

Team Composition
- 6 Member Team: 2 Photographers (Candid & Traditional), 2 Videographers, and 2 Light Boys.
- Lighting: Professional setup for banquet halls and stage shots.
- Duration: Up to 8 continuous hours.
Deliverables
- Event Film: 8 to 12 minute cinematic highlight.
- Social Clip: 60 to 90 second vertical reel.
- Photos: 200 to 300 edited images.
- Gallery: Online digital link.

- Exclusions: Physical albums are not included in this standalone price.
- Schedule: Covers a single continuous event; split schedules (Morning/Night) may incur extra charges.
Complete Wedding Day Production (Photo + Video)
Crew & Gear
- 7 Member Team: 3 Photographers (Lead Candid, Traditional, Assistant), 2 Cinematographers (with Gimbals), and 2 Light Boys.
- Lighting: Dedicated staff with portable lights and umbrellas for optimal venue lighting.
- Duration: Up to 12 hours covering getting ready to Vidaayi.
Deliverables
- Films: 15 to 20 minute cinematic edit plus a 3 to 5 minute social media teaser.
- Photos: 300 to 500 edited high resolution images.
- Physical Album: 1 Premium Canvera/flush mount album (approx 35 sheets/70 pages).
- Raw Data: Provided on client supplied hard drive.
Logistics
- Revisions: 7 day window for changes post delivery.
- Meals: Client to provide food for the crew during the event.
Cinematic Pre-Wedding Production
Production Team
- Crew: Director of Photography, Candid Photographer, and Drone Operator (4 to 6 hours aerial).
- Makeup: Dedicated Artist on set for touch ups and 2 to 3 look changes.
- Duration: 8 to 10 hours.
Experience
- Concept: Includes direction, props (smoke bombs, fairy lights), and costume changes (typically 3 to 4).
- Deliverables: 3 to 5 minute song video (Lip dub or cinematic), Save The Date teaser, and 50 to 80 retouched images.
Client Costs
- Location: Entry fees for paid shoot locations are extra (approx INR 5,000 to 30,000).
- Travel: Transport costs apply if shooting outside Delhi NCR.
