- Candid Photography: 1 Professional Photographer capturing natural moments and portraits for up to 8 hours.
- Cinematography: 1 Cinematographer capturing video footage for the highlight reel.
- Support: 1 Light Boy/Assistant to manage equipment and basic lighting.
Deliverables
- Edited Photos: ~30 to 50 high-resolution, color-corrected digital images.
- Cinematic Teaser: A 3 to 4 minute edited highlight video set to music.

Logistics & Exclusions
- Location: Valid for Delhi NCR. Travel fees apply if >400km.
- Food: Crew meals are chargeable extra (approx. ₹250/head).

Production Team
- Senior Photographer: 1 Senior shooter for 8 hours.
- Senior Cinematographer: 1 Videographer using gimbals for smooth motion.
- Drone Operator: 1 Dedicated pilot for aerial cinematography (approx. 4 to 6 hours effective usage).
- Makeup Artist (MUA): 1 Professional MUA included for the shoot duration to manage initial makeup and touch-ups.
Deliverables
- Comprehensive Gallery: ~50 to 60 edited photographs including wide-angle aerial shots.
- Cinematic Film: 3 to 5 minute high-definition film including drone establishing shots.
- Social Content: 1 to 2 short reels (15 to 30 sec) optimized for Instagram.
Important Terms
- Exclusions: Location rental tickets (e.g. PictureVilla) are not included.
- Travel: For destination shoots outside NCR, crew travel and stay is extra.
