Capturing icons with a cinematic, narrative-first approach that blends high fashion with authentic human connection.

A confident and glamorous portrait of Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas. This shot, taken on the streets of Mumbai with an auto-rickshaw, blends high fashion with a distinctly local, candid energy.

A stunning studio portrait of Priyanka Chopra. The flowing, colorful garment and the reflective floor create a beautiful, ethereal image that highlights her grace and star power.

About Celebrity & High-Profile Projects

When I work with high-profile personalities, the goal isn't just to get the perfect frame. It is about creating a space where they can drop the public persona. For the street-side shoot with Priyanka and Nick, we weren't looking for static perfection. I wanted the friction between high couture and the gritty, real energy of a Mumbai rickshaw. That contrast is what makes the image feel alive.

Photography in the celebrity space often falls into the trap of being too polished, where the subject becomes a mannequin. My approach is the opposite. Whether it is a studio session or an on-location editorial, I treat every project as a piece of cinema. I do not just point a camera at a subject. I build a visual narrative around them.

The Process of Narrative Portraits

I start with a concept. Before the lights are set or the gear is unpacked, I spend time thinking about the story we are telling. If we are doing a studio portrait, how do we use light to reveal character rather than just illuminating skin? If we are on the streets, how does the chaos of the city inform the composition? My work with Priyanka Chopra is a prime example of this. We balanced the elegance of high-fashion styling with the raw, chaotic beauty of a Mumbai street at night. The result is not just a picture of a person. It is a moment frozen in a larger story.

Technical Rigor

To pull off this duality, I rely on precision. I am a Broncolor ambassador, and that is not just a title. It is my toolkit. I use specific lighting setups to carve out depth and texture, ensuring that even in a dark street environment, the fabric of the garment and the emotion in the eyes remain sharp and defined. I use prime Sigma lenses to maintain that editorial-grade focus. When you work at this level, you need gear that does not compromise, so you are free to focus on the chemistry between the subject and the lens.

I do not see celebrities. I see subjects with stories that need the right light to emerge. I am a visual storyteller who uses fashion as a vehicle for emotion, ensuring every shot feels like a still from a film rather than a press release.
