Corporate & Group Shooting Experience
Training & Guidance
- Safety Protocol: Mandatory 15-minute briefing on safe gun handling rules by a certified NRAI coach.
- Technique: Instruction on stance, grip, and sight alignment with a 1:4 or 1:5 coach-to-participant ratio.
Equipment & Usage
- Weaponry: Rental of standard pre-charged pneumatic or spring Air Rifles/Pistols suitable for novices.
- Consumables: Unlimited ammunition (pellets) provided for the entire session.
- Targets: Access to electronic scoring targets or paper targets for instant performance feedback.
Session Structure
- Timeline: Total duration of approximately 2 to 3 hours.
- Competition: Concludes with a conducted friendly match to rank participants.
- Extras: Digital photo opportunities on the range.
Official ISSF Match Entry
Technical Infrastructure
- Lane Access: Dedicated 10m lane allocation for the duration of one match detail (approx. 75-90 minutes).
- Scoring System: Usage of Olympic-standard SIUS Ascor electronic target systems providing decimal scoring accuracy.
- Visuals: Individual monitor at the firing point displaying real-time shot location and aggregate scores.
Officiating & Standards
- Supervision: Range managed by an ISSF Judge (B License) holder to enforce strict international safety and timing rules.
- Certification: Generation of a printed or digital score sheet valid for state/district selection trials.
- Environment: Climate-controlled indoor range with Lux Meter verified lighting standards.
Requirements
- Exclusions: Shooters must provide their own Air Rifle/Pistol and pellets.
- Add-ons: Compressed air refilling is chargeable separately.
Turnkey Championship Hosting
Venue & Tech Setup
- Exclusivity: Full lockout of the shooting range (approx. 10+ lanes) for the event duration (typically 9 AM to 5 PM).
- Network: Deployment of SIUS Electronic Target Network with a central server for aggregate ranking.
- Hardware: Fully functional lane laptops connected for live score tracking.
Manpower & Admin
- Staffing: Includes Chief Range Officer, Safety Officers, and an ISSF-licensed Jury member for dispute adjudication.
- Secretariat: Management of shooter registration, lane draws (squadding), and printing of result sheets.
- Logistics: Setup of prize distribution area including PA system, podium, and backdrop banner mounting.
Protocol
- Ceremony: Coordination of the medal award sequence.
- VIP Handling: Protocol management for Chief Guests and dignitaries.

I’m Vicky Sir, and for me, managing shooting events isn’t just about logistics - it’s about building the shooting community. Every match, whether it’s a small friendly or a big championship, gets the same level of care and detail.
What I Offer
- Full event management at our Punjabi Bagh range, set up for 10m Air Rifle and Air Pistol competitions.
- I handle technical stuff like electronic target system setup (SIUS targets), lane displays for real-time scoring, and making sure every detail follows ISSF event standards.
- If you need someone to run the show, I can officiate myself or bring in a trusted team. We take care of everything from registration to prize distribution.
My Experience
- Ran events like the Indian Revenue Open Shooting Championship (IROSC) 2021 - big turnout, smooth execution.

My Story
I'm Vikram Singh, but everyone calls me Vicky Sir. This academy isn’t just a business, it’s my second home. Started with a dream to give shooters in Delhi a proper place to train, now we’ve got two branches buzzing with energy. I’m strict about discipline and safety, but I love the small wins - birthday cakes, first medals, those moments you can't fake. Certificates on the wall, but the real pride is in our tribe.

10m Air Rifle & Air Pistol Coaching - We train beginners and pros in air rifle and air pistol. Kids or seniors, all welcome.
ISSF-certified Coach & Judge - I personally oversee training, focusing on safety and discipline every single session.
