Foundation Para-Shooting Program
Core Training & Facility
- Access to 10m Air Weapons range at Bal Bhavan International School, Dwarka.
- Use of "Club Class" Pre-Charged Pneumatic Air Rifles or Pistols (saves approx. ₹1.5 Lakh investment).
- Group coaching on range safety, trigger discipline, and sight alignment.
Para-Athlete Support
- Physical capability assessment for SH1 vs SH2 discipline selection.
- Guidance on wheelchair locking, table height, and shooting jacket fitting.
Logistics & Consumables
- Starter ration of training-grade pellets (approx. 400-500/month).
- Unlimited paper targets for daily practice.
Elite Competition Coaching
Technical Coaching
- One-on-one sessions for micro-adjustments in stance and follow-through.
- Training guidance on SIUS Ascor electronic target systems (e.g., at Dr. Karni Singh Range).
- Shot grouping analysis and match pressure simulations.
Specialized Para-Support
- Expert advice on WSPS medical classification processes.
- Fine-tuning of adaptive equipment like spring stands and customized grips to meet ISSF/WSPS regulations.
Career Management
- Strategic planning for selection trials and mental conditioning.
- Documentation support for State and National championship entries.
Technical Officiating & Jury Service
Official Duties
- Chief Range Officer or Jury services for competition rule enforcement.
- Dispute resolution for scoring or violations per WSPS rulebooks.
- Pre-event safety audits of range baffles and firing points.
Technical Verification
- Compliance checks for jackets, trousers, and boots using stiffness gauges.
- Trigger weight verification for athlete weapons.

What We Do
Humara kaam hai para-shooters ko taiyaar karna (Our job is to prepare para-shooters). At Mc Easa Shooting Academy, we work with para-athletes from the basics to big competitions. I take pride in seeing students win medals, but I also know the journey is tough - discipline is key.
Coaching for Para-Athletes
- Training designed for all abilities, including wheelchair users and those needing adaptive equipment
- Coaching happens at top ranges like Siri Fort and Dr. Karni Singh in Delhi
- I guide athletes through local tournaments, national selection, and up to international championships
- Our para-athletes have won Gold, Silver, and Bronze at places like the Asian Para Games
- Focus on mental preparation for para-shooters, not just technical skills
Officiating Expertise
- I am a certified international para-shooting judge (WSPS), which means I know the ins-and-outs of global rules
- Part of the WSPS Juries Community, and have served as a Jury member at events like Al Ain 2023 World Cup
- This experience gives my students an edge when competing at the highest level

My Story
We are Mc Easa Shooting Academy. Yahan hum shooters banate hain - not just players, future champions. Shooting is zindagi ka lesson (life’s lesson) for us. Mind games, focus, willpower - sab kuch sikhaate hain (we teach it all). Medal jeetne ka proud moment hai jab hamare shooters Asian Championship ya World Cup mein shine karte hain. Girl Shakti, para-shooters, sabko support karte hain. Bas mehnat karo, apna time aayega (Just work hard, your time will come).
My Work
Shooting Coaching & Services - Certified coaching for Rifle, Pistol, Shotgun (10m, 25m, 50m, 300m), plus weapon servicing and repair.
Training for All Levels - We train everyone - beginners, para-shooters, girls, boys. Sabka dream important hai (Everyone’s dream matters).
Discipline & Mental Strength - Technique toh sikhaate hi hain, lekin mindset aur focus pe bhi kaam karte hain (We teach technique, but work on mindset too).
Competition Shooting Preparation - Ready karte hain for pressure - local tournaments se lekar World Cup tak (From local to world stage).
