How I Organize Shooting Competitions

I make events that cut across experience levels - from kids picking up rifles for the first time, to veteran Olympians and para-athletes. No minimum qualifying score needed. Sabko mauka milta hai (Everyone gets a chance).
Rules? Always by the book. Official ISSF shooting competition management is baked in, so there’s no faffing about.
I’ve run events with over 400 shooters, including big names and total newcomers. That first championship in 2023? Full house, smooth operation, top prizes, and an actual buzz you could feel.
Infrastructure matters - I handle electronic SIUS Score target setup, safety, discipline, and all the nitty-gritty, so shooters only need to focus on their aim.

My Story

We’re Vikrant and Lakshay, founders of MURC. I’m Vikrant, Meerut lad, never had it easy - rifle was bought with my dad’s savings, every shot was a fight. I wanted to help kids like me, who dream but worry about money. Lakshay’s story is different - legacy shooter, BSF blood, gold at Youth Commonwealth Games. We came together, built MURC, mixing struggle and legacy, making shooting open for anyone with a spark. Next gen, here we come.
