About Wedding Day Ceremonies
I don't believe in forcing smiles or making you hold awkward poses while the ceremony is happening. My approach is to be a quiet observer, moving around the mandap to catch those fleeting, genuine glances between you and your partner, or the happy tears in your family's eyes, while you stay completely focused on the rituals.
Getting married involves a whirlwind of emotions, and my job is to make sure you remember how it felt, not just how it looked. During the wedding ceremony, my team and I focus on capturing the flow of the rituals—from the auspicious Mangalsutra tying to the emotional bidaai—without disrupting the sanctity of the moment. I use a mix of candid shots and creative portraits, ensuring you get the best of both worlds.
I rely on my Sony Alpha A7 IV to keep things light and unobtrusive, allowing me to move quickly between the stage, the guests, and the mandap. If the lighting is low or moody, I adapt on the fly, using setups that keep the focus on you and your partner. Whether it is a traditional Maharashtrian wedding or a cross-cultural ceremony, I am there to document the raw human connection. My goal isn't just to hand over a folder of images, but to create a visual narrative of your wedding day that feels authentic to your story. If you want a photographer who respects the tradition but knows when to jump in for the fun, let's talk about your plans.
