About The Main Event: Wedding Ceremonies
I do not ask you to pose or freeze in place during your rituals. Whether it is the Pheras, Nikah, or any other ceremony, my goal is to blend into the background so you can actually be present. I am looking for those fleeting, honest interactions with your partner and family that happen when you think no one is watching.
My approach to wedding ceremonies is simple: I chase the energy, not the pose. Too often, photographers turn the ceremony into a staged event, but I believe the magic lies in the chaos and the quiet moments between the rituals.
When I cover your wedding day, I am with you from the very first moments of getting ready to the final Vidai. I focus on the 'Tum se' (with you) moments—the tearful look from your mother, the laughter during the Baraat, or that split second of nervous excitement before you step onto the stage.
Technically, I use a mix of candid photography and cinematic filmmaking to cover the day. For those who want more than just photos, I offer cinematic highlight reels that use live audio of your vows or speeches, giving the film a deep, personal narrative. I have shot across diverse settings in the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, from grand hotel banquet halls to intimate garden ceremonies. Love is universal, and my work is designed to honor the traditions of your specific community, whether that involves complex rituals or simple, intimate exchanges.
