Getting nominated for a Grammy was a surreal, humbling dream. This is a collection of moments from that journey—a celebration of the incredible musical family that made it possible.

The moment I received my first ever Grammy nominee medal. This is a symbol of the hard work, pure intention, and collaborative spirit that I believe in.

A recap of my first Grammy experience. It was a joy to celebrate this monumental moment with my collaborators and represent Indian music and design on the red carpet.

About The Grammy Journey & Recognition

Receiving that nomination wasn't just about me; it was about the beautiful web of collaborators and friends who helped breathe life into the music. Whether we are in a studio in Bangalore or on a red carpet halfway across the world, the goal remains the same: creating honest, soul-stirring art with people who feel like family.

The Grammy nomination for 'A Rock Somewhere' felt like the universe winking at all the hard work and pure intention we poured into the music. It was such a privilege to share that space with geniuses like Jacob Collier and Anoushka Shankar—artists who, like me, are constantly blurring the lines between traditional roots and modern improvisation.

But honestly? The real highlight of that trip wasn't just the ceremony. It was the quiet, magical moments in between: swapping stories with legends, seeing how the global music community supports each other, and proudly wearing ensembles that celebrated our Indian fabrics and handicrafts. It reaffirmed that my fusion music, born in the heart of Bengaluru, truly has a place on the world stage.

My music has always been about bridging worlds—Carnatic foundations meeting global sounds. This recognition is simply fuel for the fire. It reminds me that whether you are a classical purist or a curious new learner, music is the one language we all speak. I am so eager to take this energy back into my studio, into my upcoming collaborations, and into the live concerts I have planned. Let’s keep creating, let’s keep exploring, and most of all, let’s keep celebrating the art that heals.
