About A Look Inside Our Classes
Our studio in Harmony Mall isn't about rigid classroom lectures. We follow the traditional baithak style, sitting on the floor with our harmoniums and tanpuras, creating a space where you can focus entirely on your sur and taal. It is quiet, sound-treated, and built for one thing: helping you find your real voice without the noise of the outside world.
When you walk into our Goregaon academy, you will notice the difference immediately. We have kept the traditional 'baithak' (floor seating) arrangement because it helps with posture and breath control, which are essential for long riyaaz sessions. My team and I focus on the basics of Hindustani vocal training and instrumental techniques in a sound-treated, air-conditioned environment that ensures you hear every note clearly.
Whether you are joining our Foundational Group classes or the Advanced Playback batch, the philosophy remains the same: music is about discipline, not just talent. We don't believe in overwhelming you with theory. We pick up the instruments—harmonium, tabla, or guitar—and dive straight into practice.
