I manage everything from installing wall-to-wall carpeting and fabric masking to hide bare walls, to setting up the PA system and cooling units. I don't just decorate; I build a functional environment where your guests can focus on your business.

What I Bring to Your Event
- Venue Fabrication: I use full floor-to-ceiling pleated curtain draping to mask raw walls or unfinished construction. I also provide wall-to-wall synthetic carpeting in red or green to cover the entire event footprint, giving the floor a clean, uniform look.
- Branding & Stages: Your logo is the focal point. I construct wooden-frame stages with tight-stretched, wrinkle-free flex backdrops. To make the brand pop, I install LED Par Cans (wash lights) that keep the stage area bright and visible.
- Seating & Comfort: Depending on your event, I arrange theatre-style rows or banquet-style rounds. All chairs come with clean white covers. For VIP guests, I set up sofa lounges and center tables to ensure they have a comfortable place to network.
- Climate Control & Logistics: Mumbai heat is real. I provide jumbo air coolers for indoor comfort and pedestal fans for larger open-air setups. I also manage the entrance area with branded box-arch gates and directional signage to ensure guests know where to go.
