Join me, Ravi, on a detailed walkthrough of this luxury villa in Northland, Sattva Salarpuria. I will show you how we balanced high-end aesthetics with practical, everyday functionality.

Let's begin the tour at the foyer of our Northland villa project. We've created a welcoming entrance with curated art pieces, ambient lighting, and practical shoe storage.

Entering the living room, you'll see the large, versatile TV unit we designed. The panels can be closed to hide the screen, creating a clean look with ample storage and a cozy fire unit below.

The living area flows into the dining space, featuring a 7-foot crockery unit and beautiful hanging lights. We designed the unit without a skirting so a robotic vacuum can clean underneath easily.

Here's the kitchen, finished with a PU lacquer for a premium feel. It features handle-less tandem boxes, dedicated spaces for appliances, and wicker baskets with jali cutouts for air circulation.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the utility area. We've included a janitor unit for brooms, a dishwasher, and a tall unit with adjustable organizers to keep everything tidy.

We designed this compact pooja unit with a backlit CNC-cut 'Om' and a retractable seat. It’s a serene space that is both beautiful and functional.

In the living room, we used floor-to-ceiling sheer curtains. This technique makes the curtains look like they are falling from the sky, adding a touch of magic and making the space feel taller.

This villa features a beautiful lawn with an outdoor dining area. We installed a glass pergola with a fan to create a comfortable, airy atmosphere for morning coffee or evening gatherings.

This is the parents' bedroom, designed for comfort and accessibility. It features a king-size bed, a sliding door to the washroom, and elegant wooden blinds for a warm, aesthetic look.

A closer look at the PU matte finish shutters in the bedroom. They provide a sophisticated look and feel, and the wardrobes include sensor-activated lights for convenience.

About A Tour of Our Villa Project

Notice how we designed the dining crockery unit without a bottom skirting? That small detail lets a robot vacuum slide right underneath, so you are never stuck trying to reach under there with a jhadu [broom] to clean. It is that kind of practical design choice that makes a high-end home actually liveable.

This project at Northland, Sattva Salarpuria, captures our core approach to residential interior design in Bengaluru. When we design a luxury villa, the goal is not just to make it look expensive; it is to make it function for your specific rhythm of life.

Take our kitchen designs. We use PU lacquer finishes because they are durable and look premium, but we balance that with practical additions like wicker baskets with jali cutouts for proper ventilation. In the utility area, we included a dedicated janitor unit for brooms and cleaning supplies because, in an Indian home, there is usually no place to hide that gear. We create solutions for that, not just a surface-level finish.

Our wardrobes in this villa, including the walk-in units with Aristo shutters, are all about accessibility. We use sensor lighting so you are not fumbling in the dark. We have also designed multi-purpose spaces, like a room that functions as both a home office and a library, featuring a space-saving wall bed for guests.

We believe that residential interior design is a two-way street. If you do not trust your designer, even the best materials will fail. Our process involves 3D models and VR walkthroughs, so you know exactly what you are paying for before the first board is cut. We do not chase discounts or cheap materials; we work with plywood carcasses and reliable hardware like Hettich and Hafele that last for years.

Whether it is a compact pooja unit with a backlit Om or a complete overhaul of your living space with custom TV paneling and mood lighting, we focus on the details that make the space your own. If you want a home that lasts, we should talk.
