Complete 3BHK Turnkey Interiors (Laminate Edition)
Core Woodwork
- Modular Kitchen: L-shaped or Parallel layout using BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Marine Grade Plywood. 1mm High Gloss Acrylic finish for shutters. Includes Quartz countertop and soft-close Hettich/Hafele hinges.
- Wardrobes: Master Bedroom sliding wardrobe (8ft wide) with loft in commercial ply and texture laminate. Two hinged wardrobes (6ft wide) for Guest/Kids rooms.
- Living & Dining: Custom TV Unit (6x8 ft) with paneling, rafters, and storage drawers. Foyer shoe rack (4ft) with seating ledge and a dining crockery unit.
Civil, Electrical & Painting
- False Ceiling: Peripheral Gypsum design in Living, Dining, and Master Bedroom with provisions for cove lighting.
- Lighting: Supply and installation of LED cob lights and strip lights in false ceiling areas.
- Wall Finish: Premium Emulsion (Asian Paints Royale or equivalent) with 2 coats putty, 1 coat primer, and 2 coats paint.
Furniture & Accessories
- Kitchen Organizers: Includes 3 sets of Tandem boxes, cutlery tray, plate rack, bottle pull-out, and wicker baskets for onions/potatoes.
- Custom Bed: One King-size custom bed frame (plywood structure) with basic fabric upholstered headboard.
- Services: Dedicated site supervisor, 2D layouts, and 3D renders.

Premium Joinery & Finishes
- Gourmet Kitchen: Island or breakfast counter concept with Tall Pantry unit and built-in appliance garage. Finished in Premium PU (Polyurethane) or Anti-fingerprint Acrylic with Kalinga Stone/Corian countertops.
- Walk-in Closet: Master bedroom wardrobe using Aristo floor-to-ceiling tinted glass profiles with internal sensor lighting.
- Wall Treatment: Heavy paneling in Living/Master bed including Fluted panels, mirror cladding, and signature 'Invisible Door' mechanisms integrated into the walls.

- Work-From-Home: Custom Office-cum-Library unit featuring a heavy-duty Murphy Bed (Wall bed) mechanism for flexible space usage.
- Bespoke Furniture: In-house manufactured micro-concrete dining table and custom sofa (curved/modular) with metal frame accent chairs.
- Flooring Upgrade: Micro-concrete topping or wooden flooring installation in the Master Bedroom.

- Countertop: Premium Quartz stone (15-18mm) with professional molding and backsplash installation.

- Smart Hardware: Premium soft-close hinges and drawer systems (Blum/Grass) with hydraulic lift-ups for overhead units.

- First, you get a full 3D model, even a VR walk-through. You’ll know exactly how your home will look and feel before anything starts.
- Then, we send you detailed 2D blueprints. No guessing games.
- Every project has a designer who keeps the vision sharp and a site supervisor who gets things done - so there’s no chaos, no one burning out on site. Kuch nahi hota toh aadmi mar jaata hai site pe (if the process fails, a person just gives up on site) - we don’t let that happen.
