About Destination Event Hosting
When I sign on for a destination event, I am not just there to talk on the mic. I handle the flow between rituals, coordinate with local DJs, and adapt to the venue’s specific quirks, whether that is a beach resort in Gholvad or a hotel in Dubai. My goal is to make sure your out-of-town guests feel right at home, with smooth transitions and zero awkward silences during setup changes.
Traveling for work has taught me one crucial thing: the venue is just the backdrop. The real vibe comes from how you connect with the crowd. Whether we are in Udaipur for a royal wedding or at a conference in Singapore, I start with a deep-dive consultation to understand the local vibe and your specific family dynamics.
I do not believe in one-size-fits-all hosting. For destination weddings, I curate the Sangeet, manage the Grand Entries, and ensure the energy stays up even when the schedule gets tight due to travel fatigue. For corporate events, I switch gears to professional moderation, handling panel discussions and awards with the same precision I use for a wedding ceremony.
