Think tennis is just drills and long lines? Not here. At Trinity, we blend serious technique with masti (fun) to keep you moving, smiling, and improving. Whether you are a total beginner or looking to sharpen your game, come train where hard work meets a good time.

This is what we mean by 'Fitness with Masti'. Our group cardio sessions are all about energy, teamwork, and game-based drills that make you forget you're even working out. You'll be sweating and smiling at the same time.

It was a pleasure to hit a few balls with the one and only 'Hit-man', Rohit Sharma. We bring the same energy and dedication to every player who steps onto our court, from beginners to professional athletes.

We are proud to have Mr. Benjamin Xavier as our Head Coach at Powai. His experience as a former Junior Davis Cup Captain and ATP level player, along with training under legends, brings a world-class standard of tennis coaching and fitness to our academy.

Flexibility is key to a powerful and injury-free game. In our conditioning sessions, we focus on drills that improve your range of motion and core strength. As we say on the court, 'kamar sab ki bend hoga abhi'.

Learning tennis should be fun. Here, our junior players are engaged in a quick-reaction game that builds their reflexes and coordination while they share a laugh. It's all about enjoying the process.

'Momentum fast rakho'. We use fast-paced volley drills against the wall to sharpen reflexes and teach players to stay on their toes. This is a great way to build hand-eye coordination and maintain intensity during practice.

Teamwork makes the dream work, and it also makes fitness more fun. This human chain running drill is a perfect example of how we build cardio, coordination, and team spirit all in one go.

About Featured

Our approach to tennis fitness isn't about counting minutes on a treadmill. It is about 'Momentum fast rakho'—our signature, game-based sessions. We use reaction drills, relay races, and team challenges to get your heart rate up and feet moving, so you are building agility and stamina while actually playing the game.
