This isn't your average workout. Our players engage in a team-based 'caterpillar' race, a challenging drill that builds immense core and upper body strength while fostering teamwork and competition.

'Momentum fast rakho'. We use fast-paced volley drills against the wall to sharpen reflexes and teach players to stay on their toes. This is a great way to build hand-eye coordination and maintain intensity during practice.
