Our 45-minute sessions adapt in real-time, whether you are focusing on pelvic floor stability, learning breathwork to manage labor contractions, or correcting your posture to relieve lower back pain. You get expert guidance that supports you exactly where you are today, rather than pushing you toward a generic standard.

  • Labor Prep: Breathwork is your most powerful tool during contractions. We integrate Lamaze techniques and rhythmic breathing into our sessions so that when the time comes, you know exactly how to use your breath to manage pain and stay calm.

Every session, whether online or at my Koramangala studio, emphasizes correct form. We teach you how to squat safely to avoid pelvic pressure and how to engage your core to prevent Diastasis Recti. If you are dealing with specific issues like sciatica or need to adjust for a high-risk pregnancy, we modify everything to fit your medical clearance.
