I'm Ankita, a coach and a mom. My own postpartum journey was full of questions and challenges, which is why I created this space. This isn't about a marathon plan; it's a community where we move, heal, and find our strength together.
Our prenatal programs are designed to help you strengthen your core, ease back pain, support your pelvic floor, and feel energized in every trimester. Your body deserves care, not pressure.
We offer several plans to suit your needs. Our Prenatal Yoga plan focuses on balance and calm, our Exercise plan focuses on strength and cardio, and our All-Inclusive plan gives you the best of both.
We're here to help you navigate your pregnancy, not to feed into the "bounce-back" hype. Our focus is on how great and strong you feel, providing care for your body, not pressure.

We do not use generic gym routines. Your body's needs shift every trimester, from managing sciatica pain in the second to labor prep with a birthing ball in the third, so our classes are designed to adapt with you instead of against you.
We believe pregnancy fitness is about function, not just aesthetics. When you are growing a human, your body operates at a higher metabolic rate. Essentially, you are running a 40-week marathon. Pushing yourself with standard gym intensity often ignores this reality, which can lead to issues like pelvic floor dysfunction or severe back pain. At Tribher, we focus on building back rather than bouncing back. Our programs blend strength training with yoga to help you maintain mobility, manage common pregnancy aches, and strengthen your pelvic floor. Whether you join us online or at our Koramangala studio, you get trimester-specific guidance. We emphasize safety by using tools like resistance bands and birthing balls to support your growing belly while preparing your core for labor. If you are dealing with specific concerns like diastasis recti or just want to feel energized instead of exhausted, our approach is designed to meet you exactly where you are today.
