Martial Arts and Taekwondo Coaching Journey
A glimpse into the daily grind at the dojo and what it takes to train the next generation of warriors.
A candid photo of me during a taekwondo event. My focus is always on my students and ensuring they have the best platform to learn, compete, and grow as martial artists.
About My Journey as a Coach
When I am coaching at tournaments or during daily drills, I focus on the micro-movements because that is where the real fighting happens. I am personally involved in every step of the belt grading syllabus, making sure each kick and block is earned through sweat, patience, and consistent discipline.
My journey as a coach started with my own love for the fight. Today, it is about sharing that fire with you. Martial arts is not just about medals or the colors on your belt. It is about the grind. Whether we are training in the gym in Badarpur or doing agility drills in a neighborhood park, the objective is consistent. We are building real power and discipline.
I train kids, men, and women using a mix of Taekwondo, kickboxing, and even Kalaripayattu. We start with the basics for beginners, ensuring safety and correct technique. For those who want to go further, I run intensive sparring batches with full protective gear to simulate real-world scenarios without the risk of injury. My training approach is direct and personal. It is aimed at helping you find your own inner warrior. Life is a paheli, a puzzle to solve. If you are ready to put in the work, I am ready to guide you.

I am Anish Kumar, and training is not just my job. It is my zindagi. I do not care about medals as much as I care about the person you become once you step off my mat. Let us see what you are made of.
