I focus on building functional power, agility, and a sharp mindset. Through a mix of traditional Taekwondo and bodyweight training, I help students become strong from the inside out.

Strength and discipline go hand in hand. This video shows two of my students in their uniforms performing synchronized footwork drills and bodyweight push-ups during an outdoor training session.

This is a clip from a personal training session, where a student is working on his leg strength with squats and agility with cone drills. Consistent practice, even at home, leads to big improvements in power and fitness.

About Building Real Strength

My strength sessions focus on functional movement over heavy weightlifting. We use agility ladders, hurdles, and bodyweight drills like push-ups and squats to build explosive power. It is about preparing the body to move fast, whether you are a beginner or training for competitive sparring.

My Approach to Strength

I believe that true strength is built through discipline and consistency, not just heavy gym equipment. My training is designed to make you or your child faster, more agile, and more resilient.

  • Functional Fitness: I use drills involving cones, hurdles, and hula hoops to improve coordination and reaction time. This is essential for martial arts and translates to better performance in any sport.
  • Bodyweight & Conditioning: For younger students, we focus on push-ups, squats, and core stability. For older teens, I introduce supervised strength training that is safe and effective for building power without risking injury.
  • Training Anywhere: We don't need a fancy facility to get results. I train students at my Warrior Fight Club in Badarpur, but I am equally comfortable conducting sessions in neighborhood parks, at your home, or even in school settings across Delhi NCR.

Who is this for?

  • Beginners: If you have never trained before, we start with the basics of body awareness and conditioning.
  • Competitive Athletes: For those aiming for tournaments, we add high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and specialized sparring drills to ensure you are ready to compete at the district or state level.
  • Self-Defense: The strength and focus you build here are the foundation for learning self-defense techniques that actually work when you need them.
