My Approach to Toddler Portraits

Toddlers have a way of switching between shy, energetic, and completely goofy in a matter of minutes. My job is to be ready for all of it. Instead of high-pressure posing, I focus on capturing their current personality.

Studio Sessions vs. Outdoor Fun

My studio in Annapurneshwari Nagar is fully equipped with outfits and props, so you don't need to worry about the logistics. We can go for a structured theme—like the popular denim swag look or a princess-style setup—or keep it simple. If your child prefers being active, we can also head to a park like Cubbon Park or Lalbagh during the golden hour for natural, candid shots of them running and exploring.

Planning Your Shoot

• Wardrobe: I maintain a collection of outfits ranging from denim sets to party dresses. We can plan the look ahead of time so the clothes fit well and feel comfortable.
• Timing: For studio sessions, we plan around nap times. For outdoor shoots, I strictly stick to sunrise or sunset slots to get the softest light without harsh shadows.
• Props: From mini suitcases to bubble makers, I have a range of props to keep their hands busy and their minds engaged.

What to Expect

My priority is that your child has a good time. If they need a break or a snack, we pause. The goal is photos that feel like your child, not just pretty pictures for your wall.
