Live Group Beginner Workshop (2 Days)
Schedule & Format
- Live interactive session via Google Meet or Zoom.
- Total 4 hours of instruction split over Saturday and Sunday (2 hours per session).
- Small batch size of 8-10 participants to allow for screen checks and posture correction.
Curriculum
- Basics: Understanding yarn types (Cotton vs Acrylic), hook sizes (3mm to 5mm), and tension control.
- Techniques: Step-by-step guidance on Slip Knot, Foundation Chains, Single Crochet, Double Crochet, and Treble Stitch.
- Project: Completion of one finished item such as a Granny Square or Mug Coaster.
Resources & Requirements
- Includes a PDF cheat sheet of standard crochet symbols and abbreviations.
- Access to class recording provided for 7 days for revision.
- Note: Materials are not included; participants must bring their own 4 ply yarn and 3.5mm or 4mm hook.

- 1-on-1 private video calls via WhatsApp or Zoom.
- Bundle of 6 sessions (60 minutes each) dedicated to one specific project.
- Flexible scheduling to suit your pace (typically 1-2 sessions per week).

- Apparel: Crochet Baby Frock (0-12 months) covering yoke shaping and buttonholes.
- Accessories: Granny Square Pouch or Bag covering joining techniques, lining, and zippers.
- Decor: 3D Christmas Tree or Amigurumi Fruit covering magic rings, working in rounds, and stuffing.
Custom Guidance
- Pattern drafting assistance to calculate stitch counts based on your specific yarn gauge.

Crochet is my happy place, my own bhool bhulaiya (maze) where I lose track of time with just a hook and some yarn. I get a kick out of making cute things, and I want you to feel that same joy. My online crochet workshops are all about sharing this passion, especially with folks who feel crochet is too tough or confusing.
