I don't believe in software crutches. You start by learning to beat match by ear on manual decks. This is non-negotiable before you ever touch the sync button. It builds the genuine muscle memory you need to read a dance floor, not just a laptop screen.
Our Approach to DJing
DJing is not just about queuing up tracks. It is about understanding the room, reading the energy, and knowing exactly when to drop the next beat. My training at The Music's Cool in Indiranagar is built on this foundation. Whether you are aiming for club residencies or just want to master the art of the mix, we get you hands-on with industry-standard Pioneer gear from day one.
What You Will Learn
My curriculum focuses on the skills that matter. We cover:
- Manual Beat Matching: You will learn to mix by ear, ensuring you can perform on any equipment, anywhere.
- Turntablism: For those interested in the advanced craft, we cover scratching, beat juggling, and manual vinyl manipulation using Serato and Phase DJ.
- Music Production: If you want to create your own sound, my production module covers sound design, synthesis, and mastering using Ableton Live or Logic Pro X.
