About this collection
I use a document camera during our live Zoom calls to demonstrate exact pen movements, so your child gets real-time, visual correction just like they would sitting right next to me. This approach keeps them engaged and allows me to spot grip issues or posture problems the moment they happen.
My online classroom isn't about watching recorded lessons or copying from a screen. It is a live, interactive space where I focus on two things: clear technique and building confidence.
Why the live format works
When a child struggles with their handwriting, it often comes down to small, invisible habits like holding the pencil too tightly or positioning the paper at the wrong angle. In a small group setting, usually capped at five students, I can monitor these specific details through the camera.
My approach to teaching
- Real-time feedback: I don't just show them the correct letter; I show them the stroke mechanics in motion.
- Small group dynamics: By keeping batches small, every child gets dedicated screen time for their questions and practice.
- Creative prompts: We break up the technical handwriting drills with creative writing games. This keeps the environment feeling like a fun hobby class rather than extra schoolwork.
Most of my classes happen on weekends, designed to fit into a busy family schedule without adding pressure. If you are looking for more intensive help, I also offer private 1-on-1 coaching where we can customize the pace entirely to your child’s needs.
