About Meet Your Instructor
Deeksha’s approach to dance fitness isn't about perfect technique or following rigid choreography; it’s about keeping the rhythm accessible so you can actually enjoy the movement. Because our classes are held on professional synthetic badminton mats, you get significant impact protection for your knees that you typically won't find in a standard dance studio. Whether you are a beginner or looking for a regular weekend cardio boost, the class is designed to let you stop thinking about steps and start focusing on the burn.
We turned our space in Nagavara into a hub for weekend movement because we believe fitness should feel like play, not a chore. Why host dance fitness at a badminton academy? It comes down to the environment. Our facility features a high-ceiling warehouse structure that offers the kind of room to breathe that cramped fitness studios often lack.
Why it works
- Impact Protection: Our BWF-approved synthetic mats are designed for lunging and jumping, which makes them ideal for dance cardio, especially if you have sensitive joints.
- The Vibe: These aren't elite dance classes. We keep them inclusive and energetic, focusing on trending music and a 'no-judgment' atmosphere.
- Logistics: Sessions run every Saturday at 10:00 AM. We provide a non-AC environment with industrial fans and natural ventilation, so it stays breezy even during a high-intensity 60-minute cardio session.
We provide on-site changing rooms and showers so you can freshen up before heading out to the rest of your weekend. You can sign up for a monthly subscription to stay consistent, or just grab a single drop-in pass if you want to test the waters without the commitment.
