About this collection
We cycle our bookings with a specific buffer time to ensure every court is fully sanitized before you step on. You will also notice our ventilation system uses high-powered industrial fans to keep fresh air circulating throughout the entire playing area, regardless of the weather outside.
Maintaining a safe environment is my top priority because I know that peace of mind is part of a good game. I have implemented a few non-negotiable rules to keep the academy clean and comfortable for everyone.
Our Safety Protocols
- Sanitization Cycles: Every court is cleaned thoroughly after every single booking. We do not rush turnover times because I would rather have a brief gap between games than a rushed setup.
- Air Circulation: Our facility features 31-foot high ceilings and industrial-grade fans. This ensures continuous airflow, which is critical for a comfortable indoor environment.
- Bring Your Own Equipment (BYOE): While I have high-quality equipment available, I encourage players to bring their own rackets and towels to minimize shared contact.
- Hygiene Stations: You will find hand sanitizer stations at the reception, in the washrooms, and right by the court entrances.
We limit the number of people on the premises to avoid crowding, especially in the gallery and changing areas. If you have any specific concerns about our health protocols or need to know how we manage our hourly slots to prevent bottlenecks, just ask. I want my regular players and new visitors to feel just as comfortable here as I do.
