Hands-on Robotics and Engineering Workshops

Science isn't just for textbooks. We bring the circuits, motors, and raw materials to your doorstep, helping kids build their own functioning robots and mechanical projects.

A young engineer focuses intently on assembling her robot. Each session encourages logical reasoning and provides hands-on building experience.

Success! A group of proud students shows off the unique robots they designed and built, each one a testament to their creativity and newfound STEM skills.

Watch this DIY segway go! In just 45 minutes, students learn about circuits and motors by building this fun, self-balancing creation.

There's nothing like the excitement of seeing your own creation in action. These students are having a blast racing the scribbling bots they built and decorated themselves.

Our scribbling bot activity is a perfect blend of art and engineering. As the bots move, they create amazing patterns, showing physics in a colorful and dynamic way.

Students take control of their own DIY Space Rovers. This activity teaches them about remote controls and basic robotics while they navigate their rovers through a mission.

Ka-chow! Students customized their wired remote-control cars to look like their favorite characters, combining their love for movies with a hands-on lesson in electronics.

About this collection

In these sessions, we provide the tools—including motors, battery packs, and crafting materials—so you don't have to scramble for supplies. Every student walks away with a mechanical project, whether it’s a self-balancing segway or a scribbling bot, ensuring they have something tangible to show for their learning.

Real Engineering, No Lectures

We don't teach robotics by showing slides. We teach it by putting a motor, a battery pack, and a frame in a child’s hands. Whether we are hosting a one-day workshop at your school or running an annual curriculum program, the focus stays on the build.

What Kids Actually Build

We keep projects varied so students see different sides of engineering:

  • Robotics: Students assemble Scribble Bots that draw as they move and wired remote-control cars they can customize.
  • Mechanical Principles: Through hydraulic lift models and self-balancing segways, kids learn how pressure and physics make complex machines work.
  • Structural Engineering: We move beyond gadgets to build stable bridges, teaching structural integrity and balance through trial and error.

How It Works

We simplify the logistics. If you book a workshop, we bring all the kits and safety gear, including hot glue guns, scissors, and wires. Our team handles the setup on standard desks and takes care of the cleanup afterward. Each session runs for 90 to 120 minutes with a lead facilitator and a support assistant for every batch of 25 to 30 students. This ratio ensures that if a circuit fails or a project jams, there is an expert right there to guide the fix.

The end result isn't just a toy. It is a Junior Scientist certificate and a project that works, proving to the student that they can build technology rather than just consume it.

The Whiz Lab

Center at RR Nagar, BengaluruStarting ₹250 per student per session

We are The Whiz Lab, a team that believes science should be messy, fun, and loud. We take the fear out of engineering by letting kids build, break, and rebuild things until they finally click.
