Meet Charmi, my partner and the head chef behind all the delicious food you love. Her passion for cooking is the secret ingredient in every dish.
As our head chef, Charmi is the calm anchor of our kitchen. She guides the team with ease and ensures every dish meets her high standards of taste and quality.
A little more about Charmi. She's a sandwich and sizzler lover and a star singer, bringing creativity and joy to both the kitchen and her life.
This is my partner, Pratik. He is the one who makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, from sourcing the freshest ingredients to managing operations.
Pratik is our go-to guy for exploring markets, handling procurement, and managing the accounts. His hard work is essential to our daily operations.
Get to know Pratik better. He's a puran poli lover who appreciates home-cooked food, which is why he's so dedicated to what we do here at The Tadka House.
And here is Rajvi, my partner who handles all our marketing and branding. She's the creative mind who ensures every detail is perfect, from curating tables to sharing our story with you.
Rajvi is our business hustler and 3 AM idea generator. Her energy and vision for marketing and branding keep us all on our toes and help us grow.

About Meet Our Team
When you book us for an event, you are getting more than just a catering service; you are getting a team that is personally invested in your celebration. Charmi runs the kitchen with the precision of a head chef, Pratik handles the supply chain and ingredient sourcing, and Rajvi manages the branding and logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
We started The Tadka Housee because we couldn't find food that felt quite like home while catering for our own parties. Our workflow is simple because our roles are distinct.
Charmi is our head chef. She is the one ensuring your Dal Baati Churma tastes authentic and that every Jain meal strictly avoids onion and garlic. She brings a creative flair to the kitchen, often testing out new fusion dishes or perfecting classic recipes.
Pratik is the operations guy. You will find him at the vegetable markets early in the morning or managing the complex logistics of getting hot, fresh food to your venue on time. He is why we can manage everything from a 10-person birthday to a 300-person event without breaking a sweat.
Rajvi is the creative force. She handles the marketing, the table arrangements, and the overall experience. She is the one who turns a simple party into a themed event with the right finishing touches.
Together, we handle everything from menu planning to delivery. We want you to enjoy your event as much as we enjoy preparing the food. Whether it is a corporate lunch or a family puja in Mulund, we are always just a call away.
