Planning a wedding abroad involves more than just a beautiful view. My role is to bridge the gap between your vision and the local realities of venues like those in Sri Lanka or Oman. I handle the permits, the vendor vetting, and the complex travel logistics, so you can simply step off the plane and enjoy the celebration without worrying about how the tent was pitched or the lighting was wired.
Every destination event begins as a 'khwaab', but the execution requires a deep understanding of local geography and logistics. Whether we are hosting a vow renewal on a quiet Sri Lankan beach or a grand themed party in Muscat, my process is built around ensuring the destination enhances your story rather than complicating it.
I focus on cultural integration. If we are in Sri Lanka, we might bring in traditional drummers to welcome your guests, or if we are in Malta, we work with the historic architecture to frame your ceremony. My team handles the heavy lifting—navigating customs, coordinating international vendors, and managing the flow of guests across borders. You get to focus on the 'ehsaas', the feeling of the day, while I ensure the infrastructure supports that magic.
