Please don't do this. Removing your nail extensions with your mouth or by peeling them off can cause serious damage to your natural nails. I always teach my students the importance of safe removal for their clients.

You might be tempted to just peel off those old extensions, but please don't. In my studio, I exclusively use E-file techniques for Russian-style cuticle prep and safe removal. It is the only way to avoid the thinning and structural damage that usually happens when acrylics or gels are pulled off at home.
