My Journey: From Study Table to Studio
It wasn't always aesthetic vibes and flawless nails. Here is the real story behind building my home studio from scratch, the struggles, and the chaos in between.
A year ago, I was ready to give up and go back to a regular job. But with the support of my clients and family, I kept going. This is a thank you to everyone who believed in me.
Ranking my top three best decisions ever: skipping the 9 to 5 job, taking a leap of faith, and becoming a nail artist. I have zero regrets, just a life full of glitter and chaos.
I started with asking friends, "Can I practice on you?" and now I'm fully booked. I'm so proud of the business I've built from the ground up, one nail set at a time.
Every artist starts somewhere. This video shows the journey from my early, shaky attempts at French tips to the flawless, confident work I do today. Trust the process.
A little behind-the-scenes moment from my studio. Even when I'm trying to teach, there's always something funny happening. It's all part of the fun.
The reality of being a business owner in this day and age. It feels like 70% of my job is creating content, and only 30% is actually doing nails. The struggle is real.
This is pretty much what's going on in my mind while I'm focused on a nail set. It's a mix of intense concentration and random, girly thoughts.

About My Journey & Behind the Scenes
Getting a long-lasting manicure is not just about the art, it is about the prep. I re-buff every nail after applying color and before the top coat for that flawless, mirror-like shine you see in my work. It adds time to the appointment, but it is the only way I know to make sure your nails look just as good two weeks later.
I started this brand on a tiny study table where 'Nahi ho raha mujhse' (I can’t do this) was my daily dialogue. Those early days taught me that building a brand, not just instant noodles, takes real effort and endless practice. When I finally moved into my home studio in Lower Parel, my priority shifted from just doing nails to creating a real experience.
I am an introvert, so the studio isn't a loud, busy salon. It is a space for a nail date where we can talk, laugh, and ignore the drill noise if it makes you nervous. I refuse to compromise on health for beauty, which is why every product I use is 100% TPO-free. Russian-style cuticle prep is non-negotiable here. If you are wondering why your previous extensions chipped, it is usually about the prep, not the polish.
Whether you are here for extensions, lash lifts, or just a gel polish overlay, I treat every hand as a canvas. I am not here to rush you through a 30-minute slot. I am here to give you that specific aesthetic look you saved on Pinterest, minus the health risks. We are taking our time to get it right.
