Capturing people with food is one of my favorite genres. This shot of a person holding a chicken skewer at a restaurant table brings the dish to life and creates a relatable, happy moment.

Shooting food in natural sunlight can create stunning results. I shot this lamb shank in harsh light to create drama and highlight the rich texture of the gravy being poured over it.
