We deliver these fully finished from our factory, so you must ensure your site has a clear, accessible entry point for a heavy truck to drop off your unit. Our 40-foot High-Cube units provide 320 square feet of optimized living and working space, designed with a 9.5-foot ceiling height to ensure a spacious interior. We believe in providing a turnkey solution; when we say all-in-one, we mean it.
Technical Specifications & Build Quality
- Thermal Comfort: To combat the Indian climate, every unit is fitted with 50mm PUF or Rockwool insulation. This ensures your container remains thermally efficient whether used as a residence or an office.
- Structural Integrity: We use refurbished ISO-standard shipping containers. These are fire-resistant, earthquake-proof, and designed to withstand long-term transport and environmental stress.
- Integrated Utility Zones: The unit is partitioned into dedicated zones—a bedroom with storage, a functional pantry/kitchenette, and a full bathroom module. Everything from the concealed copper wiring to the plumbing is completed in our factory before dispatch.
