About Our Build & Delivery Process
The heavy lifting happens in our Greater Noida factory, not on your property. We fabricate the structure, install the PUF or Rockwool insulation, and complete all electrical work before the unit even reaches you. This process eliminates construction mess, noise, and delays, ensuring your space arrives ready for immediate hookup to water and power.
Our end-to-end process is designed to bypass the uncertainties of traditional construction. We follow a strict four-stage workflow:

Structural Assessment: We start with an ISO-standard high-cube shipping container. This provides a fire-resistant, earthquake-proof, and durable foundation that we inspect for structural integrity before any modifications occur.

Fabrication: Inside our facility, our team cuts openings for doors and windows and reinforces the steel. We apply anti-corrosive marine-grade primer and enamel paint to protect the exterior against weather conditions. This is also when we install the thermal insulation, which is critical for maintaining comfortable temperatures in Indian climates.

Interior Finishing: We install marine ply bases for flooring and secure vinyl planks on top. Electrical wiring, including MCB boxes and LED points, is concealed within the walls. If you have chosen a unit with plumbing, we fit the bathroom modules and pantry counters during this stage.

Delivery and Placement: Once your unit is ready, we load it onto a flatbed truck. On arrival, we use a crane to position the container directly onto your site. Because the structure is self-supporting, you only need to prepare a level base or simple concrete pads. This delivery method allows us to set up your new office, home, or studio in a matter of hours, rather than weeks.
