About this collection
You don't walk into a mosaic workshop needing to be a pro. Think of this as a guided play session where the only rule is to have fun with patterns. We provide everything: the wooden bases, the glass tiles, the glue, and the grout. You just pick your colors, puzzle them together, and we help you finish it off with the grouting process so it's ready to take home.
Mosaic art is surprisingly meditative. There is something deeply satisfying about sorting through hundreds of colorful glass shards and finding the exact one that fits into your pattern. It is not just about the final product; it is about the hours you spend on our breezy Jayanagar terrace, focusing on nothing but shapes and colors.
What happens in a session?
- Pick your canvas: We have everything from simple coasters to larger trays, wall decor, and even fun animal cutouts.
- Design & Glue: This is where the magic happens. You lay out your tiles on the wooden base and stick them down. We have tiles in every color of the rainbow—translucent, opaque, geometric, and irregular.
- The Finishing Touch: Once you have filled your design, we help you grout it. This is the step that makes your design finally pop and look like a finished piece of professional art.
We keep the atmosphere casual. It is common to see friends chatting while working, or parents helping their kids pick out colors. We play good music, the vibe is light, and nobody is judging your art skills. It is the perfect weekend escape from the city traffic. If you are coming with a group, we can set up a dedicated space for you. Everything you create is yours to keep, whether it is a coaster for your coffee table or a tray for your home.

I am the host behind The Firefly Terrace, and I built this studio because I believe everyone needs a space to just switch off and play. Mosaic is my favorite thing to teach because it is impossible to mess up—it is just colorful, fun puzzle-solving.
