Whether it is a dim cafe, a lawn, or a home get-together, I aim for authentic, candid expressions rather than staged smiles.
I believe the best moments happen when people forget there is a camera around. My approach to party photography is all about documenting the energy of the room. From the guitarist playing in the corner to friends laughing over drinks, I make sure the small, unplanned details are caught on film.
