We handle the full technical setup, including trussing, rigging, and lighting rigs, so you do not need to coordinate separate teams for the structure and the decor. If you are worried about how a themed setup will fit in a standard hotel ballroom, we specialize in building self-standing tunnels, partitions, and stage backdrops that require zero structural modification to the venue.
When we approach an immersive gala, the goal is to shift the guest's perception the moment they walk through the door. This often starts with an arrival experience—like the Matrix-themed LED tunnels we built for the EO Noida gala, which used repeating floor and wall projections to create a sense of movement.
Our process goes beyond just placing props; it involves full-scale event fabrication. We bring in our own trussing and technical lighting teams to manage UV rigs, pin-spots, and custom neon installations. For a neon-themed corporate party, we don't just hang lights; we build entire ceiling canopies out of elements like glowing slinkies or suspended geometric shapes to change the geometry of the room.
We design for the 'in-between' spaces as well. A blank hallway becomes a transition zone with floor vinyls and directional lighting, and a standard stage becomes a focal point with LED-integrated backdrops and matte-finish scenic construction.
Because we handle the fabrication ourselves, we can accommodate specific technical requirements like weight-bearing installations or complex electrical layouts for high-end events.
