Entrance & Arrival Experience
- Immersive Walkway: Custom-fabricated passage (approx. 15-20ft length) featuring thematic wall-to-floor printing (e.g., Matrix code, branding text) or neon-lined archways.
- Welcome Signage: Custom neon signage or 3D acrylic cut-out branding on a thematic backdrop (holographic foil, sequins, or printed canvas).
Main Hall Decor & Installations
- Ceiling Art: Large-scale suspension installation over the central area. Options include neon-colored slinky springs, hanging geometric shapes, or chandelier clusters. Includes trussing and rigging safety checks.
- Custom Dance Floor: 24ft x 24ft (or size as per venue) dance floor masking using high-gloss vinyl or printed flex to match the theme.
- Stage Backdrop: Thematic paneling or LED-integrated backdrop design to frame the band or speaker.
Lighting & Ambiance
- UV & Mood Lighting: Extensive setup of UV (Blacklight) bars to make neon props glow, colored LED Par cans for wall washing, and pin-spots for table centers.

My Story
Namaste! We’re The Delhi Decor Company - a bunch of designers and curators, obsessed with details. For us, every event is its own kahani (story). Sometimes it starts with a wild idea, sometimes with a tiny flower. We’ve done big corporate Matrix themed nights and small housewarmings with lotus-inspired decor. It’s not just about how things look, but how they feel. We want guests to leave with memories, not just selfies.
