At The Chords Music, our Kids Foundation Course is designed for children aged 4 to 8, focusing on rhythm games and instrument exploration in a low-pressure environment. We believe that when a child has fun, they are more likely to stick with their instrument, which is why we keep our batch sizes small—strictly 4 to 5 students—to ensure safety and individual engagement.

How We Structure Learning

We offer both Western and Indian classical options. Our Western curriculum covers the ukulele, piano, and basic percussion, while our Indian classical track introduces students to the tabla or sitar in a simplified, accessible way. For slightly older students, we integrate curriculum-based tracks that align with Trinity or RockSchool standards if you choose to pursue certifications.

You can visit us at any of our three Bangalore locations: BTM Layout, HSR Layout, or Malleshwaram. All our classrooms are acoustically treated and stocked with kid-friendly instruments, so there is no need to buy gear before your child is ready to commit. We also provide monthly progress updates on musical aptitude, giving you a clear picture of how they are developing.
