Piano and Keyboard Classes for Kids (Ages 4+)
We believe in starting early to spark a lifelong love for music. Our classes focus on building hand coordination and confidence through fun, age-appropriate lessons.
That proud smile at the end is our greatest reward. It's the moment a student realizes their own progress, and we live for it. This six-year-old is already playing with so much confidence.
It's double the fun when siblings learn together. These twin sisters, just in Senior KG, are already learning to coordinate their hands on the keyboard.
This is our student in the 2nd standard during his first class trying to play with both hands together. Our teaching method encourages two-handed playing from day one to accelerate learning and improve coordination.
Seeing students make such significant progress in a short time validates our teaching methods the most. We are so proud of his dedication and hard work playing this keyboard cover of 'Akhiyaan Gulaab'.
Learning starts with familiar tunes. Here is one of our young pianists, Riyansh, confidently playing the nursery rhyme 'Mary Had A Little Lamb' using both hands.
Little Arjun is beautifully playing 'Happy Birthday' with both hands. This is a milestone for many of our young learners, combining melody and coordination.
At just seven years old, our student shows amazing focus at the keyboard. We believe that passion for music can be nurtured at any age.
We love seeing our students connect with music that means something to them. Here is Manav, a 1st standard student, learning to play the patriotic song 'Ae Watan' from the film Raazi.
About Our Little Prodigies (Ages 4+)
We teach kids to play with both hands right from the very first lesson. It is a technique that builds brain-hand coordination quickly and keeps them excited. Whether it's nursery rhymes or the latest Bollywood songs, we make sure they are playing music they actually enjoy, not just boring drills.
We believe that starting music early is one of the best gifts you can give a child. At Harmony Music Academy in Mulund, our 'Little Prodigies' program is designed to be as much about joy as it is about skill. We don't just teach notes; we focus on rhythm, posture, and the confidence that comes with playing a full song.
Our Teaching Approach
Our method prioritizes two-handed playing from day one. While it might sound challenging, it is the most effective way to improve bilateral coordination, which helps children in other areas of their learning. We keep our group batches small, with a student-teacher ratio of 1:4 to 1:6, ensuring your child isn't just a number in the room. They get the personal attention they need to correct their posture and fingering techniques.
What Students Learn
- Foundations: Hand independence, scale basics, and rhythm.
- Repertoire: A fun mix of nursery rhymes, patriotic songs, and popular Bollywood hits to keep them motivated.
- Performance: We often record progress videos. Seeing themselves play on camera is a huge confidence booster for young learners.
Why Mulund Parents Trust Us
Since 2007, we have been running our academy as a mother-daughter team. We know that kids learn best when they are happy, not pressured. We skip the rigid drills in favor of a supportive environment where making mistakes is just part of the process. Whether your child is four or fourteen, our goal is to help them find their own 'dhun' (melody) and stick with it.
