Course Structure

• Format: 12 private sessions conducted at your home (3 sessions per week for 4 weeks).
• Duration: 45 to 60 minutes per session (Includes active training + owner coaching).

Core Command Training

• Basic Commands: Mastery of Sit, Down, and Stand.
• Impulse Control: 'Stay' and 'Wait' commands, practiced with increasing distance and duration.
• Leash Manners: Loose leash walking and 'Heel' command to stop pulling during walks.
• Safety Commands: 'Come/Recall' for open spaces and 'Leave It/Drop It' for safety.
• Place Command: Teaching the dog to go to a specific mat or bed and settle.

Puppy Specifics (If applicable)

• Potty Training: Creating a schedule and management plan for zero accidents.
• Nipping & Biting: Techniques to redirect puppy teething and stop biting on hands/feet.
• Crate Training: Positive association with the crate as a safe space.

Owner Coaching

• The 3 Pillars: Coaching the owner on Patience, Perseverance, and Consistency.
• Communication: Teaching marker words (like 'Yes') and correct luring techniques.

Behavioral Issues Addressed

• Aggression Management: Addressing food guarding, territorial aggression, or snapping at family members.
• Reactivity Training: Desensitizing dogs that bark or lunge at other dogs, vehicles, or strangers.
• Separation Anxiety: Protocols to help dogs stay calm when left alone to prevent destruction.
• Fear Rehabilitation: Confidence building for fearful or nervous dogs.

Methodology

• Root Cause Analysis: Identifying triggers rather than just suppressing symptoms.
• Desensitization: Controlled exposure to triggers at a distance to build tolerance.
• Counter-Conditioning: Changing the dog's emotional response to a trigger from negative to positive.

Operational Details

• Session Format: One-on-one sessions at the client's home or outdoors in controlled environments.
• Safety Protocols: Use of muzzle training (if necessary) and long-lines for safety during the process.

Facility & Care

• Location: Secure 1500+ sq. yard farm facility with ample open green space.
• Accommodation: Individual kennel/room for rest periods with open play areas for the day.
• Nutrition: Two timely meals per day (fresh home-cooked food or premium kibble).
• Grooming: 1 basic grooming/bath session included per month.

Training Regimen (Daily Routine)

• Structured Schedule: A disciplined routine including 2 long walks and 3-4 short breaks daily.
• Active Training: 2 dedicated professional training sessions per day focusing on obedience or behavioral correction.
• Socialization: Curated group play sessions with balanced dogs to learn Pack Dynamics.
• Physical Conditioning: Exercise sessions to drain physical energy.

Handover

• Updates: Regular video/photo updates to track progress.
• Transition Training: A mandatory handover session at the end of the stay to teach the owner how to maintain training at home.

Consultation Scope

• Platform: Video call via Zoom or WhatsApp.
• Behavior Analysis: Review of owner-submitted videos to diagnose root causes of specific behaviors.
• Problem Solving: Immediate verbal guidance on managing issues like potty schedules, diet, or whining.
• Q&A: Open floor for the pet parent to ask specific questions regarding breed-specific needs or psychology.
• Follow-up: A summary message with actionable tips or links to training resources.
