- First in Mumbai: I am constantly bringing global trends to our city. From Japan floral conesicles to kinetic rotating cakes, I love being the one to introduce new concepts to Mumbai's celebration scene.
- Precision Art: For my hyper-realistic cakes, I study textures. Whether I am replicating the crust of a Vada Pav or the leather of a sneaker, I use techniques like airbrushing, hand-modeling, and wafer paper to achieve a finish that makes people look twice.
- Pure Veg, Zero Compromise: You never have to worry about dietary restrictions. Everything coming out of my studio is 100% eggless. I use high-quality chocolate ganache and Swiss meringue buttercream to get that premium finish without relying on fondant coverage unless the design specifically demands it.
